You didn’t like Valentine’s Day. In your opinion, it was just a commercial holiday made to sell stuff. Your mom was a florist, so you knew how many people bought flowers only because it was Valentines’ Day. It was one of the busiest days of the year at the flower shop.
“Don’t forget to buy your candy grams for your special someone. On sale all this week in front of the Cafeteria.” An announcement blared, interrupting your thoughts about the commercial holiday.
“Ik” you thought. You’d seen enough of Valentine’s Day to know it was a huge scam. As you approached the cafeteria to meet your friends for lunch you saw the signs announcing the school’s spirit activities for Valentine’s Day. It almost made you puke.
You turned the corner and stopped in surprise and shock. There was pinker around the candy gram booth then should be legal. Once your eyes adjusted, you saw who was at the booth. It was no surprise that Francis Bonnefoy was in charge of the Valentine’s Day spirit activities. He seemed to love the holiday more than any other. You couldn’t understand why.
“Bonjour Mademoiselle, vould you like to buy a candy gram for someone special?” He said as you passed his booth, while both his eyebrows wiggled at you.
“No thank you.” you said politely
“Vhy not? Don’t you have someone special?”
“No.”
“Vell zhen, buy one for me.” He concluded while laughing his trademark laugh.
“I won’t be buying you or anyone else one.” You said with a little more annoyance then
you had intended.
“Pour quoi? Someone as lovely as you should be getting many Valentines.”
“I don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day.” You almost laughed out loud at the expression of shock on his face. But his shock seemed real.
“How can someone not celebrate Valentine’s Day?” He asked you.
“Easy. I don’t give or receive any gifts. I don’t even acknowledge anything romantic on
February 14th.”
“But why? Love is the most amazing thing in the world, and it should be celebrated.”
“I agree love is amazing, with the right person.” You countered. “But I don’t need to plaster hearts on everything to show that I believe that.” Francis just stared at you after you finished your declaration.
“Thank you for offering anyway.” As you walked away from the eyesore of a booth, you thought about Francis. He was quite an attractive guy, with his long blonde hair and deep blue eyes. Except, he did love Valentine’s Day a little too much for your taste.

Afternoon Tea 2P!EnglandXReader
You were running as fast as you could, your high top clad feet slapping the concrete with every step you ran, your cheeks slightly flushed and a smile playing on your lips. You weren't exactly the best runner, which is why your legs cried out for a break and your lungs felt ready to explode, but at the moment you didn't really care; you were too excited to care about anything else at the moment.
You had just recieved a call from you best friend and secret crush, Arther Kirkland, inviting you over for afternoon tea. Now you would admit, he did sound a bit strange on the phone. His voice was sweet, almost to the point where it was sickening, a

"Hey _______!" One of your female coworkers flagged you down on the way to the front desk. She was nice to be around, but loved to gossip. "What's up?"
"Have you seen the customer at the door? He's totally hot!"
Seeing your confused look, she tugged on your sleeve and pointed (So rude!) As your (e/c) eyes met his, you couldn't help but blush lightly. Oh my gosh…
